General

  1. OnShot connects clients with independent photographers. Photographers are not OnShot employees.
  2. Bookings with people you meet on OnShot must be made and paid through OnShot.
  3. Photographers keep the copyright in their photos. Customers may use their photos forever for anything personal: social media, prints, albums, gifts and invitations, with no watermark. Selling the photos or using them in advertising needs the photographer’s permission.
  4. Photographers may show a customer’s photos in their portfolio or on social media only if the customer allows it (when booking or later in My bookings). If the customer turns it off, the photographer must not post new photos and must remove public posts on request.
  5. OnShot may cancel any booking and refund the client in full, for example for safety reasons or a breach of these terms.
